Client Returns must be made within 7 days of customer's purchase of products, and must be shipped back to Black Cat Beauty at customer's expense. Product(s) must be unopened. On approval, an exchange or credit towards future orders will be made; no cash refunds are possible.
Missing/ damaged product(s) in each order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Photos of products will be required. Excessive returns may warrant client to be charged additional fees.
Black Cat Beauty has up to 3-5 business days to process all return requests.
All returns are subject to a 25% administration fee.
